The bastard be gone!

Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, otherwise known as a goat-raping, murdering son of a bitch, has busted the big middle of hell wide open, thanks to the U.S. military air action and two 500-pound bombs in his breakfast. We don't know if his favorite goat perished in the big blast, but if so then he had 72 virgin goats waiting for him when he arrived in the Pit of Hades shortly after the big BOOM! Have fun, Al!

It goes without saying that some on the Left are upset with this. Over at Dailycrumbkos, the notion has been expressed that the killing was simply for the purpose of taking the Haditha issue off the front pages. I suppose some of those wet-brains believe we've had al-Zarqawi stashed away somewhere and were just waiting for the proper media opportunity to stick him in a "safe house" (if this is "safe" give me dangerous!) and blow him up. I also suppose this was a plan concocted by the evil Karl Rove, with a mild assist by Dick Cheney and Rumsfeld playing the boards on the rebound.

According to one report I read, the father of Nick Berg, the American contractor murdered in Iraq a couple years ago, condemned the killing of the terrorist as more of Bush's retribution. This man's son's head was reportedly cut off by al-Zarqawi personally, so that should tell you just how insane some of the Left is in this country. Pitiful.
