This was a given...

You had to know that someone (like CBS) would put forth the idea that Zarqawi was beaten to death by Americans after the bombing. Since such an allegation puts America, its troops and GWB in a bad light, they obviously would believe the word of some Iraqi neighbor of the former "safe house," who is no doubt a good Muslim incapable of telling a lie.

Let me say this: I don't give a damn if he was beaten to death. Indeed, if Zarqawi was alive enough to take a beating, they should have simply beheaded the son of a bitch like he would have done to any of them.

And another thing: I don't give a rat's ass if 30 or 300 prisoners at Gitmo have committed suicide, so stop telling us about the three that did. (They were probably beaten to death too, right CBS?) Fuck all the people who worry about the fate of this scum. You couldn't concoct a terrible enough end for them to equal what they deserve.

There really shouldn't be a Gitmo. But unlike all those idiots now calling for a closure of the facility and a release of the inmates, I wouldn't have had them there to begin with. Those captured with no intelligence value should have been executed on the spot. Those who had information should have been interrogated in clandestine locations and then summarily executed after the information was obtained by whatever means necessary.

Sound cruel and insane, I know, but then we're not fighting a normal enemy. These people aren't troops conscripted by the Nazis or the Emperor, or even Uncle Ho, caught and ready to call it quits and go home to mama. These terrorists intend to change our way of life. It's more of an obsession than a goal and they will never be happy until it is accomplished.

The only way to defeat them is to destroy them totally, because as long as they draw breath, there will be no peace from them.
